The Grand Canyon

Im a little behind in my posts ... sorry for the delay...

I cant believe I forgot to post the pics of the Grand Canyon....

Was speaking to Sian from England on the bus from LA to Vegas and was recommended to go to the Grand Canyon using a company called Maverick. So while on the Greyhound from LA to Vegas I booked it for the next day. It was pricy but it was worth every dollar.

Here are pics ... enjoy...

Yeap ... I flew into the Grand Canyon.... I know mum your going to be pissed at me ... but you flew to Whitehaven Beach in a 4 seater .... so there ...LOL

If it weren't for U2 I would not know what this was ...

still have not worked out how to post the videos....

I have 1 where we took off from inside the Canyon ... what a ride....

So hard to describe how amazing it was in the Grand Canyon... thousands of years for the river to carve its way thru it and to leave such an amazing breath taking scenery.

Freemont Strret

The old strip of Vegas was awesome...

The shows and the street performers were so good ... then you get the freaks and beggars...

the sound and light show blew me away ... they must have known I was going there, they had a tribute to Queen.

I have a video of it on my phone and will try to post it here but here are a few pics.

Viva Las Vegas

WOW ... what can I say about Vegas .... there is no off switch .... it goes 24/7

The Vegas Strip is amazing colour and lights and shows

My favourite is the Ballagio fountain... I cant get enough of it ... could watch it for hours.
The size of it ...the way the water dances to the music. the height of the water jets... AMAZING!!!
I have sore feet from all the walkin ...and an empty wallet from the shopping ... yes I went shopping ...new jeans ....sun glasses ... a new gadget for my phone ..its so cool... if im out and I have no more battery, I plug in my solar panel ... yes its a solar panel that will also recharge on fluro lights.

Plus the gambling ....(( shakes head )) and I get thirsty a fair bit ...LOL
